Wilf Marriott's family have spent the last few years building a business growing cacao in St Vincent, roasting the cocoa beans and then shipping them off for others to turn into chocolate. Wilf decided it was time for the family to start making their own chocolate, on the farms. So Islands Chocolate was born.
Once they’d begun, there was no looking back. They have complete control over the whole process, ensuring that nothing goes to waste, there is minimal harm to the environment, and the community is provided with even more job opportunities.
