COVID 19 POLICY

Please be aware that our shopping procedures are fully in line with social distancing measures and hygiene standards. We want to make sure that you and the Hetre staff are kept as safe as possible.

In store we are restricting our customers to only 6 individuals at a time and we are ensuring that all customers maintain a minimum of 2 meters apart.

We ask that you please use the hand sanitiser provided (it's really nice!) and wear a face mask (we sell lovely ones in case you don't have one..they'll be online soon!).

Always use a pop sock/ clean sock when trying on footwear. 

All clothes that have been tried on or returned to the store via mail order will be steamed and quarantined before being returned to shop floor.

We will only accept card payments for the time being.

The store, including the changing room, door handles, credit card machine etc will be routinely cleaned throughout the day.
